Rushvilleâs Boyd to play golf at UIS

Rushville-Industry’s Katie Boyd will sign with the University of Illinois-Springfield to play golf this week.
Next year she will be majoring in communications with a minor in English.
During high school, Boyd went to the state tournament in 2006 and 2007. She was co-captain of her high school team as a senior. Boyd was also voted all-conference as a junior and senior.
Boyd is the daughter of Rick and Sue Boyd.
